The EC GTM team is responsible for bringing our engineering stories and product technologies to life through global campaigns that can be applied by markets. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Campaigns Manager to lead on key initiatives designed to drive consideration for new products, increase brand awareness and deliver against our business goals.

About the role

The role will pull on all your marketing experience, from shaping global GTM campaigns for new technology, to developing strategic briefs in response to market trends and competitive threats. 

You’ll collaborate with and draw on the expertise of colleagues in Creative, Insights, Media, Retail Marketing, Digital, PR, Sales, Direct, Creative and Owner Experience teams. We work at pace which underpins our culture and ability to continually transform our business and marketing model.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Define and shape NPD and seasonal campaigns to deliver growth for the category across paid/owned/earned touch-points
  • Establish an evidence-based approach to creative development focusing on matching creative to media developments; drive progress with every campaign
  • Support the Head of Campaigns in developing and championing the global strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver best in class campaigns, overseeing the execution, monitoring and measurement of these 
  • Tacking and understanding of KPIs and sharing of key learnings to deliver constant optimisations
  • Foster strong collaborative working relationships across all functions and categories to find efficiencies in campaign development, keeping the shopper at the centre of every decision
  • Work closely with regional market leads to understand local context better and find solutions to emerging global trends
  • Develop an understanding of Dyson’s Owner retention, Direct and Media strategies and see how the category’s campaign plan can complement these
  • Support your direct reports to achieve their personal and team goals and objectives

About you

  • Broad marketing background with proven experience in developing integrated campaigns, ideally in a premium brand or technology environment
  • A proven understanding of the media landscape and working knowledge of how this shapes campaigns
  • Proven track record of challenging the status quo, and delivering innovative solutions to the problems that we face
  • An effective communicator with strong presentation skills, you have the ability to influence others and will thrive as part of a collaborative, high performing team
  • A visible passion for consumer products/technology with knowledge on market trends and industry best practice.
  • Preferably, you will have had some line management responsibilities
