About the role

This is a 12-month fixed-term, maternity cover role.

As our Senior Commercial Manager in the Audio Business Unit, you will:

  • Focus on the last 18 months of product launch strategy and the first 12 months of market performance.
  • Act as the primary contact for Regional Audio leads, providing and gathering insights.
  • Partner with the Audio BU and engineers to shape annual Audio plans based on market needs.
  • Support campaign development, ensuring timely and effective global assets and training for markets.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and comms teams to create effective campaign frameworks.
  • Oversee global Audio initiatives, including product launches and competitor defense plans.
  • Assess and enhance product performance, communicating results and necessary steps to teams.
  • Design and iterate product launch strategies based on regional feedback.
  • Shape the Media framework, leveraging Global Ambassadors and media channels.
  • Contribute insights to the annual Marketing plan and support budget efficiency.
  • Understand and adapt to market competitor offerings.
  • Present quarterly market performance and competitor insights to the RDD team.
  • Monitor and evaluate launch performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in regular senior stakeholder meetings.

About you

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant Product Marketing experience in Audio, Electronics, Consumer products with Digital or Consumer experience.
  • Experience in multiple Asian markets is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify go-to-market opportunities.
  • Proficient in product commercial integration and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle activities.
  • Passionate about wearables, staying current with industry developments.
  • Curious and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Self-starter with initiative.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
