About the role

  • Creative imagery, digital storytelling and precise briefing are part of your daily business. You not only know the trends on channels like Instagram, Youtube and TikTok, you determine them. 

  • Communication is multidimensional. Just like the media behaviour of our customers. News come in every time, mobile, at home, during working hours - and social media channels play the biggest roles these days. Influencers - as their name suggests - can convey today's news in a way that is appropriate for their target group. Whether product news, comparison tests or long-term usage of products – beauty bloggers, home squads and tech influencers belong to the target group of our communication business. Therefore, the role of influencer management is significant. Education on our products and the transportation of our engineers’ spirit are key of Dyson communication.

  • The role will sit between all PR departments, of Floorcare, Beauty and Environmental Care communications. The person who will fill this role is the link of every 360 degrees communication for products and seasonal campaigns. This can be the launch of a new product, the opening of a new Dyson demo store or the activation for e.g. World Dog Day in the DACH region. 

  • Developing creative and tailormade influencer campaigns for Dyson products. Detecting trends, developing them further and implementing them with pinpoint accuracy. 

  • The future Influencer Communications executive will report into the Head of Communications for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland. 

 

About you

  • You identify, evaluate and acquire potential new brand ambassadors for our brand in the DACH region as well as globally, take over budget negotiations and maintain (long-term) collaborations and relationships with our influencers 

  • You create detailed campaign reports based on relevant KPIs, identify optimization potentials and ensure the corresponding knowledge management 

  • You drive influencer marketing as a performance channel and contribute to the fact that we can continue to record growing numbers of new customers. You have at least 2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing (e.g. at a brand / agency / platform) 

  • You have successfully completed a degree in the field of digital marketing / social media marketing / business administration with a focus on marketing / communication sciences or PR 

  • Ideally, you already have relevant experience with measurable KPIs in influencer marketing and in dealing with common social media platforms 

  • You have initial relevant experience with budgeting for influencer campaigns and can deal with market rates 

  • You have experience with influencer tools, databases and the analysis of KPIs 

  • You have an initial network of cooperation partners, agencies and brand ambassadors 

  • You are reliable and known for your conscientious way of working, furthermore you are an absolute professional when it comes to organization and you know how to set priorities correctly. 

  • You have a feeling for the latest trends and are a digital native through and through 

  • You are a great team player with excellent soft skills and a certain sense of humor 

  • You are a native speaker of German and fluent in written and spoken English 

  • Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics knowledge is an advantage 

  • Creating extraordinary campaigns on various social media channels 

  • Proactive support of all PR functions (Floorcare, Beauty, Environmental care)
