In this role, you will drive the culture of operations excellence for the assembly and supply of Dyson digital motors, extending to contract manufacturers in the Philippines.

About the Role:

  • Conduct training for engineers and managers on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Assist in the identification and completion of Kaizen and Six Sigma projects
  • Ensure proper roll-out of training and certification for the Lean Six Sigma program.
  • Develop a technical training system aligned with the Talent and Development team
  • Conduct training needs analysis for all employees on a regular basis
  • Facilitate identified required training, both internal and external
  • Assess budget requirements for all training needs
  • Keep a training database for all training conducted.
  • Regularly review existing workplace systems and how they can be improved
  • Assist managers in the creation of systems to enable easier monitoring and control in terms of resource management
  • Prepare regular communications of company activities and performance to employees.
  • Establish, develop and support the enhancement of the Continuous Improvement framework for PH Contract Manufacturers.

About You:

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
  • 3 years experience in manufacturing setup
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
  • Ability to coach junior-level engineers and facilitate the programs related to continual improvement activities.
  • Complete grasp of the theoretical, conceptual, and practical aspects of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Level with Trainer Certification
  • Good level of communication skills, both written and verbal, with above-average corporate-level presentation skills using slideshows and spreadsheets as applicable.
  • Understand the practical application and conceptual aspect of KPI development, including databases and dashboards.
