About Us

This role is within the Irish marketing team reporting to the Head of Marketing and located in Dublin. Creative direction will be provided by the GB&I Hub Creative Head located in Malmesbury UK.

You will support the successful roll out and optimization of all our commercial digital and print activity, across Display, Social, Web, Retail and Direct channels. In addition, providing creative support to the GB&I Markets, taking briefs for artwork and digital assets for seasonal and promotional campaigns.

Collaborating with peers, you’ll produce highly accurate, print and digital artwork, to drive a consistent Dyson experience for shoppers and Dyson owners alike.

This role is also responsible for supporting production across GB&I owned Creative campaigns, as well as localising artwork and creating assets from Global edits for the Irish market’s specific requirements, across Direct and Third party retailers.

You will need to fulfil briefs and deadline requirements for all creative assets, for activation across retail and media execution for IE campaigns across all Dyson categories.

About the Role

  • Ensure that all projects are appropriately scoped, presented and reviewed.
  • Work with the Creative Head to ensure the Creative solutions and requirements are on brief and effective, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • You will need to be motivated with a can-do attitude. You’ll be good at working under pressure and finding routes around challenges.   • You will be highly organised and focused; have the ability to manage and plan your time to complete work on brief and within tight deadlines as well as working on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Always ensuring that work is consistent with Dyson brand values, tone and messaging
  • Staying abreast of the technology landscape – advancements in technology & design, trends in social, connected products etc
  • Continuous development and honing of the technical abilities relevant to the role
  • Ensuring that deadlines are met and that all work is on-brand and on-brief.

About You

  • You’ll have strong collaborative skills and be a team player with a positive attitude that inspires others.
  • Have strong Digital Creative art-working skills, producing work that is innovative and engaging.
  • You need to have print skill sets and knowledge, appropriate industry experience and technical expertise, to deliver the artwork for GB Campaigns and NPD.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC software, with particular focus on, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and After Effects. Adobe Animate an advantage.
  • Create multiple assets that work across different digital platforms e.g. web, mobile, email.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of what makes a successful digital experience
  • Have strong creative artwork skills to produce work that is innovative and engaging across print, POS and OOH.
