Working closely with internal stake-holders and vendors to provide premium customer service to Dyson potencial customers, owners or members.
- Define proper KPIs to drive both sales result and customer satisfaction in a consistent way
- Continuously improve overall customer experience journey through optimizing internal and external process related to each customer touch point
- Seeding Dyson customer service culture into vendor side
- Keen on digitalize customer service process to save customer effort to be served
Person specification / Core Competencies:
- At least ten year senior leadership experience in contact center operation management or vendor management
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- COPC certified is preferred
