Join us at our global headquarters in Singapore as the Senior Manager for Data Analytics, where you'll lead a talented team of data & analytics professionals. Your role goes beyond just managing – it's about shaping strategies that use data to drive business growth, streamline our operations, and inform crucial decision-making.
Your leadership style will be hands-on and confident, backed by a solid D&A background. You'll guide the evolution of our cutting-edge AI models, making sure they're seamlessly integrated and pushing the boundaries of what's possible to drive our transition from descriptive analysis to AI-supported prescriptive data analytics.
Your engineering expertise will also shine as you oversee the development and operation of our upcoming D&A products. You'll be at the forefront, ensuring these products are primed to deliver results.

About the role
Manage a group of data analytics professionals responsible for all aspects of advanced analytics, data engineering and data visualisations.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure that data is being used to drive outcomes and guide business decisions.
Engineer and operate a modern data analytics platform that is consumable by all supply chain functions using self-service so they can focus on tasks that have value.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data to drive business results.
Oversee the development and implementation of data-driven and AI initiatives.
Monitor trends and developments in data management, advanced analytics, and reporting to ensure that the company is staying ahead of the curve.
Ensure that data quality standards are being met and data privacy and security protocols are being followed.
About you
Bachelor’s in supply chain management, mathematics, statistics, quantitative and non-quantitative disciplines.
Master’s degree is desirable.
5-7 years’ work experience in global manufacturing businesses that has gone through successful analytics-oriented initiatives.
Cross-functional leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven record of accomplishment in large scale digital transformation.
