We are looking for a talented Sr e-Commerce Trading Manager to join the fastest growing e-Commerce market in Dyson Central and Eastern Europe. You will be tasked with supporting the Head of ecommerce to deliver the direct trading website’s trading plan and support in growing revenue streams in the Dyson CEED D2C business. You will work closely with the experience, finance and supply teams to deliver projects, campaigns and optimizations to drive the eCommerce growth and ensure day to day e-Commerce operations run as smoothly as possible.
This role is pivotal to supporting Dyson.com ambition within the CEED business, so you must be a clear and effective co-ordinator, project manager and a team player.
Working with a cross functional team in CEED, the Netherlands (EMEA hub), and with UK based Group (Global) functions, your performance will be based on delivering against our local e-Commerce trading strategy, including our channel performance, trading calendar, sales forecast and overall D2C experience.
Responsibilities
Your main KPI is Gross Margin, which is delivered through an effective trading plan, stellar forecasting skills and a strong CRM and affiliate strategy. You will report into the head of e-commerce for CEE, while having your own team to support your ambition.
Trading Plan
Manage, co-ordinate and update trading plan on the CEE eCommerce direct websites.
Drive synergies between the trading plans for 8 markets
Support in planning effective promotion plans to drive sales and achieve the monthly margin targets.
Liaise with the experience team for effective execution of the trading plan.
Monitor and execute SSP changes across the markets to be price competitive.
Affiliate and CRM Strategy
Manage affiliate channel planning, strategy and execution.
Manage relationship between the key price comparison websites in the CEE region.
Improve the Dyson brand visibility on the key price comparison websites.
Manage the budget and spends via the key affiliate and price comparison websites.
Roll out Tradedoubler (or similar affiliate networks) across the new markets Croatia and the Baltics
Manage CRM operations, plan CRM activities and drive value through owners / prospects in Czech and Slovakia
Roll out CRM in Romania, Hungary, Baltics and Croatia
Forecast and Stock Efficiency
Operational forecast volume and margins management for CEE eCommerce direct websites.
Liaise with experience team to forecast sessions and conversions to deliver the sales target.
Monitor sellout and Sales performance of the CEE eCommerce direct websites, leading the Daily Trading meetings.
Identify gaps in actuals vs forecast by channel, liaise with experience and media teams to deliver the sessions and conversion targets to deliver your overall ambition
Liaise with the supply chain team for efficient stock movement between 8 stockroom locations to ensure stock availability across markets.
About you
Digital: You have an advanced understanding of all things digital and eCommerce.
Analytics: You have strong analytics skills to drive inventory management and forecasting.
Sales planning: You will be capable of accurately building a sales forecast utilizing various data set such as web analytics and historical sales data.
Entrepreneurial spirit: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, not afraid to take risks.
Systems: Prior knowledge of using Analytics software (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics), Business Planning Software (Anaplan) or SAP would be advantageous but not essential.
Owners First: You’ll understand and think about what these plans and actions do for our owner experience.
Agile: Be capable of working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, with autonomy and flexibility.
Organized: You are able to break down a goal into manageable tasks and work efficiently to deadline
Communication: You are a strong communicator, able to communicate technical issues using simple terminology.

Solution oriented: You have a bias for action and get things done with a positive attitude.
Collaborative: You’re comfortable working will colleagues and peers across countries, cultures and different levels of seniority. Use of GIFs is mandatory.
