Senior Estates Coordinator

The Global Estates team is here to ensure that our spaces nurture, facilitate and inspire the talents that propel the business forward. This role will work closely with corporate real estate professionals – planners, strategists, designers, engineers and project managers – to help deliver inspiring spaces for Dyson staff.

About The Role

  • Coordinate team meetings, workshops and collaboration sessions. Document and monitor the status of the action items and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Co-ordinate cross function presentations and assist with presentation slides where required.

  • Assist the Global Estates director with tracking and prioritization of project actions/tasks and general administration.

  • Assist with data and document collation and organization.

  • Assist with tracking Global Estates leadership team goals and KPIs.

  • Identify and deliver improvements to the Estates SharePoint site, maintaining the site for the Global Estates function

  • Work with the Estates and Facilities coordinators globally on central initiatives determined by the leadership Team.

  • Work with the leadership team to identify and gather content for the Group Estates Newsletter and coordinate the design and delivery of the newsletter.

  • Support gathering the content and production of slides for internal communications and the organization of ‘all hands’ calls.

  • Monitor the people training and development program. 

  • Coordinate the best practices and lessons learnt sharing, and standardization of global work processes and procedures. 

  • Coordinate the Capex and OPEX submissions and updates for Global Estates

  • Monitor the key stakeholder engagement program. Coordinate the regular stakeholder satisfaction survey. 

  • Support other work requests when called upon. 

About You (Essential)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution is an advantage

  • Minimum 3 years experience with co-ordinator role essential

  • Proficient working in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and internet platforms. Comfortable with adapting to and learning about corporate real estate technology platforms   

  • Highly organised and efficient

  • Ability to work with people at different levelsHigh EQ and interest in meeting people of different levels. 

  • Strong team player and able to work independently.

  • Proactive, diligent, committed and resourceful.

  • StrongGood in both oral and written communication skills.

  • Good graphical presentation skills.

  • Facilities/real estate experience and related works is an advantage. 

  • Interest in real estate, design or project management is an advantage.
