This role will work closely with corporate real estate professionals – planners, strategists, designers, engineers and project managers – to help deliver inspiring spaces for Dyson staff.
About The Role
Implementation of work procedures and checklist for preventive maintenance
Liaise with landlord for building related issues
Ensure OPEX management and tracking
Identifying training needs for Technicians to develop relevant knowledge and skills
Participate in Weekly 5S Gemba Walk with Manufacturing and work with Technicians to close findings and implement improvement
Updates of EHS related inventory, M&E equipment in layout drawings
Participate in Project kick-start meeting
Continual improvement CAPEX project and justifications
Support new production line setup and fit-out works
Review needs of stakeholders on utility setup for new equipment move-in
Support ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 22301:2019 audits
Support implementation of Work Procedures, RA, Checklist and update in Document Control Centre
Collate data and work completion report for Monthly report submission
Timely delivery of Monthly Facilities Report to Management
Collaborate and participate with Sustainability team to work on energy savings practices and initiatives
Work with Energy provider to procure and retire Renewal Energy Certificates
Implement energy savings initiatives and track energy data
Critical facilities spare inventory
About You
Engineering Degree / Diploma or any equivalent discipline
Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in manufacturing environment
Microsoft outlook, Power-point and Excel proficiency
SAP Ariba experience will be added advantage
