Senior Finance Analyst – Environmental Control +

About the role

This role will cover financial planning, analysis and reporting of the Environmental Control, Lighting and Wearables category across both long-range and in-year performance management.

  • You will lead the analysis and reporting of monthly performance, highlighting what’s working and not, as well as risks and performance opportunities.
  • You will support the analysis and reporting of our 5 year plans, ensuring our objectives are supported by robust commercial and product plans.
  • You will be the global subject matter expert on category p&l reporting and accounting, ensuring consistent global application.
  • You will provide category budget and forecast guidance to markets, including ensuring system readiness.
  • You will provide global pricing governance for the category, ensuring alignment to internal pricing guidelines.
  • You will contribute to the development and adoption of global FP&A tools and solutions
  • You will collaborate with different functions and stakeholders across the business to obtain relevant insights required to excel in role

This is a highly visible role that represents a great opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of Dyson. This role will report into the Head of Finance, Strategy and Category FP&A.

About you

  • Curiosity - interest in Dyson’s overall business and in particular, product design and development.
  • Influence - the ability to communicate complex financial information simply, with impact, to non-financial stakeholders.
