Senior HR Advisor, Global Revenue

Based in Singapore, the Senior HR Advisor plays an integral role to support the Global Revenue team and will provide the day-to-day operational HR guidance to key global function leaders, support key talent and development programs, assist in organization development projects, and drive global markets HR Projects.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert and customer focused operational HR support - providing advice and guidance to resolve day-to-day queries as they arise. 
• Demonstrate strong professional credibility and build on-going relationships as a trusted advisor with managers and leaders
• Support talent acquisition for Global Revenue function by collaborating with hiring managers and talent acquisition team to drive timely recruitment
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives by partnering with internal stakeholders to assess organizational needs, diagnose challenges, and develop appropriate strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance.
• Collaborate with the relevant HR Centres of Excellence and Region/Market HR teams to drive, execute and deliver end to end employee lifecycle activities
• Support global markets HR projects to drive transformation and new strategic initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to analyze HR trends and provide insights to management
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and assist in updating and implementing frameworks as needed.

 
About You

• 5 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources, ideally in HR Business Partnering
• High level of communication skills both verbal and written is essential
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills
• Experience in managing organization development projects
• Proven ability to plan, drive and implement projects and initiatives
• Ability to work at pace with appropriate attention to detail and high standards
• Previous experience of Workday would be desirable
• Degree or equivalent experience
