About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and providing strategic guidance to our retail population.  

This position requires a strong understanding of Dutch labour laws and regulations, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to the retail population, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and onboarding.  

  • Stay updated on Dutch labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.  

  • Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and provide effective solutions.  

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.  

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.  

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR and organizational goals.  

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.  

About you

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, preferably in a retail environment.  

  • In-depth knowledge of Dutch labour laws and regulations.  

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Dutch and English speaking.  

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 6. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.  

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
