Senior HR Executive

About the role


Business Partner

  • Diagnose opportunities across regions and provide integrated HR solution or advice to business line

  • Implement HR strategy and policy in regions


Employee Experience

  • Work with external HR vendors to provide best in class people experience from on boarding

  • Handle people queries, suggestion, grievance and other request as a trusted and impartial partner to employees

  • Culture and communication ambassador between headquarter and regions. Also serves as employee advocate and ensures the employee voice is considered


Talent Development

  • Execute people development strategy in regions to help business leaders develop and strengthen talent pipeline



  • Support business line on motivating/retaining their teams and handling employee relation

  • Track and analyse store shift management and OT status



  • Handle other tasks/projects assigned by line manager and HR leader

About you


  • 2-3 years working experience in HR area. HRBP experience in field sales is preferred

  • Upright, honest, authentic

  • Strong team player with high engagement level

  • Great learning agility

  • Resilient and can jump out of comfortable zone

  • Empathy and willing to listen to employee

  • Result oriented; objective; can make decision/judgement with comprehensive information collection and analysis

  • Bachelor degree and above

  • Excellent written and spoken English
