About the role
Responsibilities
Business Partner
Diagnose opportunities across regions and provide integrated HR solution or advice to business line
Implement HR strategy and policy in regions
Employee Experience
Work with external HR vendors to provide best in class people experience from on boarding
Handle people queries, suggestion, grievance and other request as a trusted and impartial partner to employees
Culture and communication ambassador between headquarter and regions. Also serves as employee advocate and ensures the employee voice is considered
Talent Development
Execute people development strategy in regions to help business leaders develop and strengthen talent pipeline
Compliance
Support business line on motivating/retaining their teams and handling employee relation
Track and analyse store shift management and OT status
Others
Handle other tasks/projects assigned by line manager and HR leader
About you
Qualifications
2-3 years working experience in HR area. HRBP experience in field sales is preferred
Upright, honest, authentic
Strong team player with high engagement level
Great learning agility
Resilient and can jump out of comfortable zone
Empathy and willing to listen to employee
Result oriented; objective; can make decision/judgement with comprehensive information collection and analysis
Bachelor degree and above
Excellent written and spoken English
