Senior Key Account Manager


Sweden - Stockholm Office

About the Role

  • Lead a team of key account managers to drive engagement and overdeliver results
  • Co-create the vision and strategic priorities for the Nordic electrical retail channel in close collaboration with category managers and the trade marketing team
  • Lead the relationship with electrical retailers and act as “one up”
  • Gain deep understanding of retailer strategies and tactics as well as in-depth understanding of shoppers and trends
  • Co-create, sell and execute tailored and transformational joint business plans with retailers that will outperform competition
  • Monitor and analyze performance weekly, draw insights, prioritize and action
  • Manage the commercial agreements and support team in negotiations with retailers
  • Build robust and sustainable relationships externally and internally
  • Contribute in senior management team (Role model culture and contribute across functions)

About You

  • Strong ability to lead self (Proactive, clear on direction and effective in priority setting)
  • Ability to lead others (Envisions direction, engages and energizes others in vision, enables and coordinates cross functional execution)
  • Influencing skills (Communication skills, selling, objection handling and negotiations)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Business acumen (Retailer KPIs, financial measures, ROI evaluations)
  • Business planning (Forecasting sales-in, sales-out, trade stock and budget management)
  • Strong ability to solve ad hoc challenges independently in data driven fashion
