Senior Learning & Development E-Content Project Manager (6 mths FTC)

About Us

Dyson’s Global Customer service training team is looking for someone with a background in design and development of learning solutions with a specific focus on e-Learning and experience using
Articulate RISE. 

They’ll need to have a passion for storytelling, user experience and creating innovative Dyson learning solutions.

About the role

  • Carry out detailed analysis to understand global business operations in Dyson call centres with a view to aligning training operational standards
  • Help set the L&D strategy for global call centre training, gaining buy in from global training managers/providers and senior leadership teams.
  • Develop global relationships with content stakeholders, breaking down boundaries to help build strong and trusted relationships
  • Design, build and launch engaging training using Articulate RISE for mobile, tablet, PC/MAC 
  • Develop learning content in various engaging formats (e.g. courses, games, videos, quizzes)
  • Work with L&D teams globally and subject matter experts to confirm content specifications and resolve gaps
  • Be a champion in the team for e-Learning, video production, instructional design and learning methodology and creative consistency
  • Create, manage, and deliver engaging training with a primary focus on learner engagement and user experience for customer service personnel 
  • Utilise technical and creative writing skills to engage course participants from varying demographics 
  • Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Produce e-Learning projects on time and address changes and market feedback to courses in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders to create first class learning experiences 
  • Facilitate Global train the trainer sessions using a variety of online platforms

About you

  • A full understanding of the Articulate authoring suite
  • Experience in training design, including digital content design, and creating blended learning solutions both instructor-led and self-paced training 
  • Experience in instructional design
  • The ability to engage and influence senior L&D content stakeholders
  • A track record of delivery high stakes global L&D 
  • An understanding of Graphic design with experience of the following Adobe products: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop would be of benefit
  • A good level of knowledge of MSTeams and other Microsoft applications

Project Requirements 

  • The ability to understand identify market threats and turn them into business opportunities
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
  • Assist in the definition of the initial project scope and content objectives
  • Engage the relevant stakeholders of the project to ensure compliance and best practice is at the forefront of the project delivery
  • Manage resource of SME’S to ensure a smooth delivery of the project Liaise with the Global Training Manager to develop a detailed project plan that monitor and track progress of the content delivery
  • Make changes to the project scope using appropriate PM methodologies 
  • The ability to report and escalate to senior management as and when required
  • Establish and maintain relationships with LMS team at Dyson
  • A track record of maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with internal project teams to understand project briefs and to clarify specific deliverables against each project
  • The ability to use your own initiative during the project to ensure results are aligned with business requirements
