The Owner Experience team at Dyson is purposed with defining and delivering compelling owner experiences, to drive retention and loyalty for Dyson. It sits withing the Global Experience function.

About the role

Join us as our Senior Commercial Manager for Owner Retention, leading the charge in elevating our Dyson ownership programme. Your mission is to develop and execute innovative strategies that engage owners, enhance their product experience, and drive repeat purchases. Seamlessly integrating the retention lifecycle, you'll create personalised Dyson experiences, while boosting cross-category sales and accessory purchases.

Collaborating with retention and regional teams, you'll spearhead data-driven owner propositions, monitoring progress and providing insightful reports on retention targets. Inspiring teams through platforms like Daily Trading, you'll enhance existing programmes and pilot new initiatives. With a deep understanding of our strategy, you'll shape a comprehensive owner engagement plan and oversee global projects, collaborating with various teams to create scalable solutions. Your expertise will drive optimal owner contact strategies, leveraging insights to tailor communications and increase repeat purchases.

Harnessing all Dyson channels, including social, email, app, web, and paid media, you'll formulate winning retention plans and establish a multichannel media strategy. Guiding our transition to an omnichannel environment, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Memberships and align efforts with RDD, IT, Supply Chain, and Go-To-Market teams. Additionally, you'll work with our Centres of Excellence to adapt global plans for regional and local markets.

-          Able to plan and deliver marketing and commercial initiatives, mobilising teams at Group and markets

-          Able to build, engage and influence a wide network, at all levels of seniority

-          Able to segment a strategic vision into management workstreams that deliver

-          Strong commercial acumen, an excellent communicator and presenter, an effective cross team manager

-          An energetic, engaging, positive, self-starter, entrepreneurial, analytical, intelligent, quick thinking, results driven

-          A strong understanding of the Dyson brand, tone of voice and what we stand for
