As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for helping senior business and digital leadership close the gap between strategy and execution, with the goal of improved value realization from business and digital investments. You will do this by leading the global supply chain organization set up and implement a range of capabilities, such as: portfolio management, resource and demand management, program management and organizational change management.
About the role
Embed the same governance approach for integrated delivery plans, staffing and structure of SteerCo’s; support development of project management standards and ways of working.
Work collaboratively across the enterprise to ensure efficient and effective use of resources, align dependencies and governance of ongoing projects.
Figure out the short- and long-term roadmaps for the portfolio and adjust as priorities change; work across supply chain functions understanding future requirements and capabilities and plans to deliver those.
Develop, manage and/or source capabilities to execute on programs/projects; demonstrate hands-on leadership capability, leaning into programs/projects when necessary.
Manage effective compliance to audits, internal and external.
About you
Bachelor’s in supply chain management, portfolio management and large-scale business transformation experience.
Master’s degree is desirable.
5-7 years’ work experience in global manufacturing businesses that has gone through successful large-scale transformation initiatives.
Cross-functional leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven record of accomplishment in large scale digital transformation.
