About the role:

As a Senior Product Engineer and person in charge in SKU team to develop and release Service Assembly (SnA) according to design specification and SnA time plan.

Manage New Product Development BOM timely – timeliness of AFPP issuance, RFD and AFP BOM release. To ensure all product structure are according to latest design revision and reflect the latest change by RFD BOM released to CM.

  • To develop and release SKU creation (EPN) according to design specification and SKU time plan. SKU creation SPN for launch readiness and Accessories.

  • To complete material Set Up in MDG. 

  • To identify SKU complexity level, validation required and SKU activities based on SKU type.

  • To work with SKU Range and SKU Project team to agree with Commercial and Supply Chain and to ensure SKU time plan adherence.

  • To update Z status SKU change request and to raise disable ticket accordingly.

  • Manage SKU deliverables – SKU drawings, rating plates, validation discussion, OR, validation execution,

  • reliability review, change order actions, DPAP, golden machine sign-off, DR review etc.

  • Coordinate SKU activities with CM.

About you:

  • Good knowledge of general engineering principles,

  • Familiar with engineering BOM’s and able to create new engineering BOM’s based on marketing requirements,

  • A full understanding of design change management, including the change order process and the impact of design changes upon other departments,

  • Willing challenge to meet the time plan,

  • The ability to work on a few tasks concurrently without losing focus,

  • Pro-active, well organized, prioritize tasks, good team player,

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Good in Microsoft office (Intermediate skills level of Microsoft Excel will be an advantage)
