Senior Product Owner - Order Management Systems

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner for the Order Management System that is currently being deployed. The system will sit within our landscape of ERP system, 3PL warehouses and delivery management platforms. This role will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and roadmap of our order management system and ensure that it meets the requirements of our users and stakeholders.

The role sits within the Digital Supply Chain Transformation Team and will initially report into programme organisation for the deployment of our omnichannel capabilities. Eventually the role will move into the Center of Excellence to manage our omnichannel processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to define the order management system vision and strategy.

  • Work with the programme manager and key stakeholders to develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the features and timeline for delivery.

  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure that the most important features are delivered first.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers, to ensure that the product is deployed according to the specifications.

  • Monitor the product's performance and user feedback and make adjustments as necessary.

  • Communicate with stakeholders on the progress of the deployment and any changes in the product roadmap or backlog.

  • Partner with the system vendor to ensure their global roadmap supports our business.

  • Continuously assess and evaluate the market and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential areas for improvement.

  • Monitor and maximize performance of initiatives against expectations with a focus on optimizing both product and processes to continually improve ROI.

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in a digital product management role

  • Several years of experience in product ownership, preferably in a global organization

  • Experience with Manhattan Associates Active Omni is a plus

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies

  • Creative and strategic thinker with demonstrated success driving innovation from vision to execution and delivering tangible business results

  • Deep understanding of customer journeys with proven ability to transform customer needs into actionable product roadmaps and requirements

  • Experience in working in large project environments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—a compelling, impactful storyteller

  • Self-directed, resourceful, and adept working in ambiguous environments
