About the role

12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Stakeholder Management and Communications
  • Management of stakeholders from multiple functions across the business, covering a scope of up to 6000 system users.
  • Running regular forums and workshop groups for requirement gathering, engagement and feedback
  • Ownership of the business communications plan and responsible for effective stakeholder communications throughout development and launch
  • Management of the project communications site and creation of regular news updates
Process Development
  • Build on existing policies and PM processes to develop new system and tool processes
  • Creation of process documentation and guides
Solution Analysis
  • Gathering and analysing information to support development phases of the solution
  • User acceptance testing, and ensuring solutions adequately meet user requirements
  • Gathering stakeholder feedback and recommending further improvements
Deployment Management
  • Ensuring effective deployment and user adoption of new solutions being rolled out
  • Creation of training and launch material
  • Co-ordination and management of stakeholder facing launch activities
  • Working closely with IT to support migration activities and lead delivery of business and stakeholder contributions

About you

Professional experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, and co-ordinating forum/workshop groups
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing stakeholders at varying levels of an organisation
  • A good understanding of core Project Management or PMO competencies
  • Knowledge and application of process, tool or system improvement methodologies, fundamental analytical principals, theories and concepts
  • Confidence in problem solving, analysis and decision making
  • Ability to process a large amount of information, and summarise for target audiences
  • Competent in using excel, Teams, SharePoint, and creating impactful powerpoint presentations
  • Strong organisational skills
Ideal but less essential experience
  • Experience implementing or supporting O365 applications 
  • Experience working within a PM or PMO organisation
  • Experience creating process documentation and training material
  • Basic understanding of a typical product development project lifecycle
  • Knowledge of information management best practices
