About the Role:

The System Verification team tests the integrated electronics and software of the products. The degree of sophistication and complexity varies from product to product, with different technologies and features. This variety of test needs requires creative verification solutions with automation applied where possible.

The verification team sits in the Hardware Haircare group, alongside electronics design and sensor development. The verification team is based across sites in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippine; the team works collaboratively to test the Haircare product range through the different product development stages; this can include early technology investigations through to production and manufacturing test development and support. We are looking to expand the group to support the growing number of products and new technologies.

About You:

• The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics) or equivalent.

• 5 or more years of working experience in test development and/or NPI & sustaining.

• 5 years’ experience in NI LabVIEW, Teststand and NI instruments is a MUST.

• Technical expertise and understanding of schematics, hardware and system integration.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in commissioning of a new test system and testing.

• Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or C# would be an advantage.

• Experience in Gage R&R and CPK analysis.

• Knowledge in Jira and Confluence software.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of test development, execution, and analysis for the assigned project.

• Work with cross-functional engineering teams.

• Support root cause investigations & implement corrective actions.

• Design and commissioning of test jig /fixture for in-house and production.
