We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager  to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. Key Responsibilities 

  • Take ownership for full recruitment and activities ; Proactively develop recruitment strategies and plans to fulfil the target plan  

  • Build and strengthen current relationships with key Senior Stakeholders and “C” level executives. 

  • Propose and drive acitivities to improve operational efficiency  

  • Update stakeholders on regular basis with data to drive conversation on strategic action plan. Data includes key performance metrics, hiring vs target, hiring sprints results etc 

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building credibility and taking ownership. 

  • Ability to tell compelling stories with data to support your insights and recommendations. 

  • A quick thinker and problem solver with a systematic thought process and a knack for speed and efficiency. 

 

Team Collaboration 

  • Work closely with our Senior Business Operations Manager, to align strategic objectives and goals. 

  • Stabilize the team and lead growth/expansion efforts, including permanent hires and decisions related to vendors and contractors.  

  • Welcome, accept, and thrive in ambiguous situations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. 

 

Process Improvement 

  • Automate, standardize, and create business processes and a centralized database for information management and reference  

  • Drive and develop out-of-the-box initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and creativity. 

  • Collaborate with business to initiate and propose innovative ideas to hire the best talent for the business by meeting the pace of growth.

Leadership and Management 

  • Act decisively by knowing when to agree or disagree accordingly to ensure efficiency and top level productivity for the team, providing control and constructive pushback. 

  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in processes and take immediate action to address them. 

  • Understand the business's needs and set realistic goals and target to align.  

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the team, fostering collaboration and alignment with company objectives. 

  • Utilize your tech background to keep pace with business demands and ideas. 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 12 to 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong track record in team leadership and TA strategic business partnership and delivery  

  • Possess a tech background to effectively support the pace of business innovation. 

  • Must have managed a team of at least 3 members or more. 

  • Good Knowledge of employment pass applications, Labour laws and employment related statutory guidelines across APAC. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office suit, Power BI and Workday Recruit
