Senior Traffic & Acquisition Manager, GB&I (IO)

By leveraging our strong brand and customer loyalty, the E-Commerce team for GB&I is responsible for driving Dyson’s growth via the online shopping experience. 

About the role 

  • Develop and implement strategies for driving profitable and sustainable traffic to the business across all channels. 
  • Ensure alignment with sales objectives and budget through effective execution of traffic strategies. 
  • Oversee sales and profit performance from traffic channels, identifying opportunities for revenue and profitability improvement. 
  • Manage and collaborate with media and SEO agencies to align strategies, plans, and KPIs. 
  • Strategize and optimize traffic mix to enhance CRM, SEO, and Affiliate marketing efforts. 
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders on eCommerce needs and attribution modelling. 
  • Share and scale best practices across regional markets and teams. 
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting clear objectives, removing obstacles, and nurturing talent. 
  • Play a key role in the Regional Ecommerce leadership team, contributing to short and long-term business targets. 
  • Ensure smooth onsite journeys by working closely with IT, product owners, and eCommerce teams. 

About you 

  • Minimum of six years in optimizing acquisition and retention in a digital eCommerce business (D2C or retail environment). 
  • Expertise in both paid and organic search, with the ability to drive integrated search plans. 
  • Experience in managing performance-based agency relationships. 
  • Hands-on experience in CRM; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. 
  • Beneficial experience in upper funnel, brand, and awareness building. 
  • Previous experience working within global and regional brand structures with detailed creative guidelines. 
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, preferably Google and Adobe. 
  • Experience in managing and leading teams within a matrixed structure. 
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical issues in simple terms. 
  • Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to work at pace with a low ego and positive outlook.
