About the Role:
In order to meet the demands of our growth we are hiring a Site Merchandising Specialist to help with day-to-day operations on our ecommerce team. The roles has significant opportunity for growth. If you are currently a undergraduate senior who has excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic performance and are looking at breaking into ecommerce or digital sales and marketing, this is your opportunity!
The Site Merchandiser will be working on the US Direct team, driving a best-in-class customer experience in our floorcare category. Responsibilities include launching product and promotional campaigns, optimizing messaging and targeting strategies to increase customer engagement and drive conversion. It also contributes to the development and testing of new site features and capabilities, working closely with our category marketing and tech teams.
Main Accountabilities & Supporting Activities
Collaborate with Marketing Teams to ensure assortment, and customer communications lead to desired business results
Work closely with the Floorcare Associate manager in charge overall category performances to deliver sales goals.
Leverage web analytics to understand performance of customer interaction with site content to identify business opportunities and drive site enhancements
Digital Creative Support
Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop digital creative for website
Set-up and manage creative assets across the site, including Homepage, Category Pages
Ensure accuracy of all creative assets and tracking for actionable reporting
Build product pages in support of new product launches
Resolve all issues and errors logged within the areas of focus
Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a target graduation date of May 2023
1-3 years working experience in site merchandising or for a transactional ecommerce website
Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements
Interest in using Adobe Experience Manager, or other content management system as well as promotional content management systems preferred
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Aptitude for data-analysis
Strong project management, organizational and planning skills
Ability to build relationships quickly, and work well with many different teams and personalities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change often
Properly manage time and priorities to deliver projects effectively and within set deadlines
