About the Role

The social media manager will play a crucial role by developing and implementing end-to-end Dyson’s social media strategy and campaign management proces with the aim of increasing brand awareness and engagement.

This role will be focusing on all areas of management of social media accounts of Dyson Türkiye.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a monthly/annual content calendar by composing regular posting schedule and promote content through social media advertising to ensure brand consistency among all social media platforms.
  • Build content plans for product launches, campaigns, events, special dates, always on campaigns based on marketing calendar and seasonality and identify unique opportunities to elevate community conversation.
  • Ensure that creatives and messaging are aligned with global guidelines and strategies and Dyson Türkiye’s marketing agenda. Adapt text/copy for global posts.
  • Manage and oversee social media content by defining social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign with driving followership as well.
  • Collaborate and liasing with Marketing, PR&Comms, Sales and Owner Experience teams to develop holistic creative communications campaigns.
  • Incorporate organic & paid social activities in order to maximize engagement; support influencer activities and initiate conversations and build relationships.
  • Design and deliver regular reports on the performance of our social engagement.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Analyzing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering regular reports to the management and executive teams.
  • Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends and track social media reportings in a regular basis and share insights with all stakeholders.

About You

Experience and Education

  • Min 5 years of experience, focused specifically on social media, multi-national brand experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Maths, Statistics or a related field.
  • Proven competency and knowledge of Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social media best practices
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and monitor performance tracking and determine improvements

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent analytical skills; translate data into information into knowledge into wisdom so we can make the best informed business decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about digital & the opportunities, it brings to drive commercial success for a business
  • High proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) social media data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with Sprinklr publishing and reporting or Facebook Business Manager Insights or Social Listening tools.
  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Native Turkish and Fluency in English
