About the role

The role will be a key business partner to manage overall end to end supply chain planning, replenishment and allocation for direct retail and E-commerce business as well as supporting Logistics activities.

  • Work with Retail and E-commerce team from SC to achieve business target, facilitate the monthly business review meeting and weekly allocation meeting with internal commercial team
  • Engage the IBP cycle with local market, understand the business strategy and work together on the commercial plan with sales team including the baseline forecast, promotion event, seasonality, etc. to develop the rolling 12months demand forecast for assigned direct retail channel and e-commerce channel
  • Manage the daily/weekly replenishment plan from national DC to relevant logistics network and stores to keep periodic assessment on the network and drive the continuous improvement
  • Assure the consistency of the sales forecast, in volume and in value, with the business plan taking into consideration all the marketing and sales promotion activities, sale out trend etc.
  • Supervise and support on the activities on demand planning according to the objectives of product availability and stock target defined
  • Develop/implement effective demand & supply consensus process to ensure stock availability and case fill rate as a key competitive advantage and enabler for KPI delivery
  • Manage the product portfolio with commercial team based on business analysis, assess relevant service model, safety stock setting, etc.
  • Manage a smooth Product Life Cycle (PLC) process, including NPIs, SLOB items, Phase-in/phase-out and EOL management based on market strategy
  • Continuous improvement to manage the supply risk and lead with cross function like national planning team, commercial team to identify the action plan for mitigating the supply gap and fulfillment of business needs
  • Inventory Manage and Timely transaction in SAP
  • Supporting Logistics operation for any planning related_ Stock Transfer communication and execution
  • SAP transaction and Inventory Reconciliation support when needed

About you

  • Track record on multi-cultural dynamic environments where he/she played a major role on implementing changes
  • +5 years’ experience in Demand/Supply planning/Logistics
  • Hands-on, down to earth profile & experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience & knowledge on overall supply chain in manufacturer POV and customer (retailer’s) supply chain
  • Experience on Retail planning, store allocation and E-commerce planning knowledge will be a plus
  • Language Proficiency in both Korean & English
  • Knowledge and experience on 1) demand forecasting and planning processes and 2) End to End supply planning and processes
  • Deep knowledge on overall supply chain in manufacturer POV and customer (retailer’s) supply chain
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP or ERP system
  • Knowledge on MS office and other relevant software for forecasting & supply process
  • Strong leadership and responsivity, follow-through, results driven attitude
  • Project management and Change management
