About the role:
Reporting to the Sr Business Partner, you will be partnering with business stakeholders across the region as well as supporting groups within the Americas People Team. The Sr. HR Advisor will be accountable for the execution of employee life cycle, performance processes and potential ER cases, interacting with different members from the Business Units and providing coaching and advice on HR processes and policies. The successful candidate must have proven analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills and ability to support the business on decision making and strategic processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with rewards and Sr HRBP to build annual business plan/budget.
- Partner with Hiring Managers & TA on recruitment needs as a result of the annual business plan (new FTEs) and/or turnover.
- Provide support to Sr HRBP and Regional Talent partner on development plan implementation (nominations, training scheduling, etc)
- Provide support to Individual contributors around performance process: Goal Setting in Workday, Quarterly/Mid-Year Conversation documentation, prepare for EOY self-assessment, calibration, etc.
- Hold regular 1:1 conversation with individual contributors to address any needs / concerns.
- Provide support to rewards team during ASR making sure all data is clean and accurate and that communication process executes seamlessly.
- Partner with employee services team on offer letter, on boarding and hiring processes.
- Provide support to the Sr HRBP and Rewards during Benefits annual renewal process.
- Provide service to all employees on any benefit inquiries.
- Lead new hire enrolment on the different market benefits
- Lead new hire process making sure all employees are setup in payroll.
- Partner with payroll team on any payroll inquiries.
- Responsible to generate all new hire employment agreements according to the approved templates.
- Make any necessary resources/tools available to the local team when implementing any Global People initiative.
- Local support to execute people internal communications.
- Work with the different teams accordingly to review and update any internal policies, procedures and practices for the market.
- Follow up with people managers on Workday maintenance and updates.
- Support TA team on candidate management and interviews.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced MS Office expertise is required
- Experience using Workday and SharePoint, preferred
- Experience in payroll and/or benefit management and administration
- Skilled in vendor relationship management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience supporting business strategy and execution from a people POV
- Excellent communication and teamwork. Prudently balances employee experience and operational efficiency, always with a solution orientation
- Anticipates questions, thinks ahead, plans for contingencies. Finds alternative practical solutions when ideal solutions are not possible
- Maintains confidentiality and delivers with accuracy and thoroughness in a timely manner
- Ability to manage end to end projects
