Store Manager, Shops at Park Lane Dallas, TX

About the Role:

  • Agile leader to drive results of our new Dyson concept store, catering to both retail sales and product service
  • Deliver outstanding shopper experiences and utilize Dysons unique services to enhance reasons to buy from the store
  • Passion to inspire, recruit, hire coach, train, retain and develop Dyson Experts and Serviced Technicians to consistently provide exceptional service and drive for results
  • Values leadership by example and is the first to model the Dyson journey in both retail and service
  • Manage multiple teams to achieve sales, customer service goals, repair targets and the implementation of new initiatives for the store, including virtual demonstrations and events
  • Values collaboration with Store Leadership Team and Cross Functional Business Partners to develop strategic plans across multiple business groups, improving process and creating a best in class experience
  • Effective communicator with store team and Dyson leaders, providing accurate feedback and plans to optimize store efficiencies to exceed target KPI’s
  • Business acumen master, understanding key drivers through analytics, anecdotal feedback, observations and operations
  • Obsess over accuracy and details, managing a complex business model over multiple platforms
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying, researching, correcting and reporting stock variances daily
  • Ensures Store and Team compliance with all Dyson policy and procedures and swiftly executes changes

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years robust experience in a customer facing setting- cross industry experience is welcome
  • 3+ years of retail store management experience required
  • High performing team player, driven be exceeding expectations and creating innovative in store experiences
  • Must be a highly motivated  team player, driven by exceeding sales performance aspirations and creating an innovative customer experience                
  • Ability to be a strong and communicative people leader
  • Ability to always act with integrity, empathy and respect towards people, co-workers, owners, partners and products       
  • Experience in building strong presentations and communication delivery to various business leaders              
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand on your feet for up to eight hours at a time
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
