Store Manager


Netherlands - Country Remote

About the role

The Store Manager will be responsible for delivering an experiential and interactive space with a calendar of frequent events to drive traffic and keep the store fresh and exciting.  They know how to create and maintain an exciting store environment, are interested in technology and have a proven track record of building and managing a high performing team.

Leading the store team

  • Ensure seven day leadership for the store

  • Lead a fun, engaging and ambitious in store culture ensuring the team are involved, valued and recognised for their contribution and are regularly invited to share feedback to improve Store performance.

  • Is able to work with a high degree of ambiguity, tailoring last minute and complex messages into simple and inspiring strategies that 100% of team are engaged on.

  • Ensure that there is a communication and engagement strategy to ensure Store Staff are fully informed of promotions/changes/current focuses

Service and sales

  • Lead, inspire and challenge the team to deliver business growth by providing market defining care to our customers, every day, through great coaching and development.

  • Lead by example and support team to deliver an environment for our products to come alive.

  • Deliver a sustainable retail platform that is efficient, ever evolving and that exceeds our customer’s expectations, whilst balancing this with a safe, compliant and cost controlled culture.

Leading a high level of retail execution

  • Lead the team to deliver exacting Retail standards throughout the store.

  • Be aware of competitors and wider market.

Cost Control

  • Maintain a tight control on all expenditure, working with the Retail Manager/Senior Retail Manager and Finance to measure overall success.

  • Continually review results, establish clear measures, sharing insights and revise as needed to drive performance.

About You

  • Extensive experience in a customer-facing sales setting. Cross industry experience is welcome, as is a background in event management.

  • Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences – and results – directly and through a strong team.

  • Experience in identifying trends, reporting results, drawing relevant conclusions and recommending action to management.

  • Experience in building, developing and leading a team.

  • Able to work effectively as a team member and across multiple teams.

  • Experience in developing, planning and executing events/drive interest and footfall.

  • Experience in developing promotional programs that drive sales, either direct or through partners.

  • Proven experience in launching new products to market.

  • Previous experience working with / in a premium brand.

  • Fluent in English & local market languages
