United Kingdom - Bumpers Farm Service Centre

About Us

The Spares & Accessories department supplies parts & accessories to all our UK customers. Plus other type of warehouse roles in other areas mostly carried out on a staff rota with 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern 07:30 – 17:45 including Bank Holidays and weekends.

About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to manage a team on people on the refurbishment line at Bumpers Farm.

You will be responsible for all refurb processes and procedures managing a team of people refurbishing Dyson returned products for resale.  We are looking for someone who is competent with IT systems, outlook, Microsoft, CRM and SAP.

About you

This is a challenging position that requires good communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation and to be able to work to a production plan with tight deadlines.  A proven track record of managing a production team, conducting one to ones and performance conversations.
