About the role
The Supply chain Analyst is a key position within the team and responsible for Supply Chain Data analysis and relevant operations.
- Collect and analyze inbound and outbound, reverse logistics movement, all types of inventory data in support of stock management and build process, to enable best in class service
- Process and system enhancement & maintenance, 2) Development/ Implementation/Improvement of flawless work processes and system enhancement
- Problem Solving by working with internal team and external 3rd parties and Action planning to avoid issues in future, and
- Operations excellence in terms of Supply Chain by owning KPI and scorecard
Main Accountabilities
Data Analysis and governance (Main Responsibility)
- Have full ownership of Collect and analyze inbound and outbound, reverse logistics movement, all types of inventory data in support of stock management and build process
- Monthly Return analysis report- by channel /by SKU/By Category/ compared YOY
- Conduct the right system operations with the global guidelines
- Stock structure analysis –Monthly Slow moving, Ageing report and space utilization report
- Harmonized Supply Chain performance scorecard & KPI with other Supply Chain team members
- Generate procedures and process flows for role, if necessary;
- Identify areas of improvement for various processes and implement changes.
- Research the best practice of supply chain data analysis within or without same industry and analyze its implication and applicability to Dyson Korea.
Stock management
- Weekly and monthly reporting on stock reconcile and variance root causes identify
- Work cross functionally efficiently manage inventory
- Monitor SAP system inbound and outbound GR/GI status and make alert to key users and 3rd party when there is exception
- To optimize the reporting flow and process with 3rd party
Other duties

About you
Skills
- ownership, Operation discipline, logical & strategical thinking, effective communication skill including English proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge and experience with SAP or ERP
- Knowledge on data analysis tools and other relevant solution. Also, overall understanding on industry standards and best practice
- Ability to translate business requirement into systematic flow
Experiences
- Track record on multi-cultural environments where he or she played a major role on execution and follow-through
- Strong leadership and responsivity, follow-through, results driven attitude
- Hands-on, down to earth profile
- Knowledge and experience on stock management& Execution with 3rd parties’ system
- Experience and Knowledge with SAP or ERP system/process project & implementation
- Preferred to have +2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
