About the role:

Supply Chain Planning Manager is the critical role to drive business growth from supply chain function, this role is for Refurbish business segment, it’s to engage with both commercial team and operation team to develop refurbish business plan for year on year growth.  In addition to core supply chain planning competency, this role is also expected to have strong business acumen to understand and get involved for the critical commercial activities including channel strategy, product portfolio, promotion, etc., this role is to lead overall IBP process to streamline the overall business and operation planning activities, identify the risk and opportunity to maximize the business.

As Supply Chain Planning Manager, you can expect your role to typically involve some or all of the following:

  • Lead the regular IBP to align the demand plan and supply plan, both annual forecast and down to quarterly, monthly, weekly plan.
  • Develop the master production plan for refurbish, joint own the refurbish operation process to identify the bottle neck and work with relevant operation team to mitigate relevant risk.
  • Develop the component and material requirement plan to meet production demand, where the supply comes from refurbish line and newly purchase.
  • Manage the overall inventory including refurbish backlog, FG and component parts, minimize any obsolete stock.
  • Joint manage the P&L for refurbish business with sales team, finance team and relevant operation team.
  • Manage the regular data analysis and reporting to assist business decision.
  • Keep consistent assessment on operation model, drive the simplification synergy to improve the planning efficiency and quality.

About you:

You are expected to have solid planning knowledge and minimum 5years experience, preferably working from manufacturing environment like demand planning, production planning, material planning, inventory management, etc.

Strong communication and collaboration capability with both internal and external stakeholders, open mind for the change management in a fast moving environment

Virtual project team management capability or people manager experience required

Strong Presentation skill to senior management

SAP or any other planning platform experience preferred

Bachelor or above degree holder around supply chain, business management or engineering
