About the role
The role will be responsible for orchestrating sustainability programs and oversee the organization's sustainability efforts by fostering cooperation with multi-disciplinary project teams in different international locations spanning the operations, manufacturing, engineering, logistic, supply chain, finance, and commercial functions.
You will serve as a force for fostering change by encouraging internal and external stakeholders to adopt and practice environmentally conscious operating procedures and recommend strategies based on what's most cost-effective and applicable to complying with regulations and meeting the organization's long-term sustainability goals.
You will be an internal and external vocal advocate towards supporting Dyson best in class journey towards environmental and social stewardship and sustainability. Reporting into Global Head of Aftersales in Singapore as part of Dyson’s Global Aftersales Organization.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the leadership team you will be responsible for driving the delivery of sustainability projects globally. You will often be the primary point of contact for Sustainability initiatives, which will include both environmental and social improvement initiatives, management enquiries, advice and support.
Serve as a liaison between internal employees, vendors, and community partners. You must have relevant program management experience in order to create, implement, and monitor sustainability and recycling projects.
Create, implement, and monitor sustainability and recycling projects. Ability to use project management skills in innovative ways and remain flexible as the role develops.
Measure sustainability and recycling performance and progress reporting through program governance and KPI’s, towards global key stakeholder management.
Support sustainability information management across the business.
Build and manage relationships with external bodies within Sustainability.
About you
Strong analytical abilities are vital for analysing data on areas like waste reduction, sustainable transportation, reuse - recycle - recovery of materials from Dyson products.
Leadership and direction of global, cross functional teams to ensure communication and collaboration; resolve conflicts and lead solutions.
