Our plans for the Philippines are ambitious and we are looking for talented people to join our Research, Design and Engineering families!

Working as part of the HR Operations Team, a Talent Acquisition Coordinator is expected to consistently support and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team in SEA and UKI to manage all pre-onboarding related activities within the given SLAs.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage contract generation requests from Workday including sending of pre-onboarding documents to candidates via Docusign.
  • Organize E-pfiles of candidates
  • Trigger and monitor background checks via Sterling Risq Portal
  • Initiate and endorse pre-employment medical exam of new hires
  • Liaise with in-house clinic on new starters Pre-employment medical status
  • Monitor and Liaise with TA team regarding the audiometry test result of RDD hires
  • Prepare Addendums when needed
  • Keep new joiners’ trackers up to date and produce reports as required
  • Update Courier List Tracker when needed
  • Liaise with HR Admin to ensure that new starters’ profiles are set up on Workday
  • Liaise with Estates team on new starters’ ID & Access Badge and shuttle services
  • Responsible for sending out new starter emails every week to stakeholders
  • Respond to both stakeholders and candidates’ queries received through the centralized TACO mailbox
  • Prepare Bank Forms
  • Look after recruitment related PO requests from TA Team
  • Perform Goods Receipt of POs
  • Liaise with Procurement regarding new suppliers when needed
  • Liaise with Finance to check on the payment date of received invoices
  • Handle expense reimbursements of new hires
  • Endorse new starters’ relocation arrangement to local travel coordinator or admin assistant
  • Ensures that all pre-onboarding requirements are fully submitted by new hires
  • Endorse Employment Pass applications to HR Ops

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience of working within a recruitment environment would be ideal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A flexible approach in supporting a demanding, reactive team        
  • Excellent IT skills to include MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Previous experience using SAP Ariba, Workday, Docusign & Sterling would be useful
