Dyson is looking for an energetic and committed Talent Acquisition Manager to join our newly formed America’s High Volume Recruiting Team. The Talent Acquisition Manager, High Volume will be responsible for managing and developing a team of recruiters who are responsible for supporting a variety of field sales, call center and retail roles across the US and Canada. They will develop strong partnerships with our hiring teams, develop national recruitment strategy, recommend ways to improve our employer brand and manage recruitment agency relationships.


  • Provide hands on day-to-day support to the America’s High Volume Recruiting Team
  • Partner closely with the business leaders to effectively manage expectations and deliver an elevated candidate experience
  • Support and ensure continuity and consistency of recruitment strategy, company culture, and recruiting best-practices to meet changing business needs
  • Manage day-to-day external recruiting agency partner relations 
  • Recruit for open management roles when needed 
  • Hold weekly recruitment team meetings as well as regular 1:1’s with the team to discuss team and individual performance
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
  • Work with internal stakeholders and the HR Manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements
  • Develop and execute effective national recruitment strategies 
  • Monitor advertising spend
  • Maintain team recruitment data and consistently provide updates to the business 
  • Review recruitment software/tools and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Advise hiring teams on interviewing best practices techniques


  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years of experience overseeing recruitment efforts of a team

  • High volume multi-state recruitment experience is highly preferred

  • Familiarity and working knowledge of applicant tracking systems

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to attract talent using a variety of sourcing tools and methods to secure lasting and successful placements

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
