Description

A talented recruiter is required to own the recruitment within the high volume divisions in the UK which include call center, facilities and estates. We require a proactive recruitment specialist who can directly source, manage candidates and stakeholders and partner the business to bring in the right talent for their areas in the most cost effective and efficient manner. 

Dyson are planning the biggest expansion in its 20 year history and we need innovative and bright minds to help make it a reality. It is the responsibility of the Research Design and Development Talent Acquisition team to identify and deliver the required talent to ensure that Dyson's dreams become a reality. Dyson’s success is all about its people. 

To meet ambitious growth, our Talent Acquisition team is rapidly expanding our ranks – from engineers and marketeers, to legal, financial and strategic brains. Not just finding the best people, but the right people for Dyson. It takes a deep understanding of our culture, departments and often complex roles. Working closely with candidates and senior stakeholders, it’s a dynamic, fast-moving environment. And each recruitment experience must put Dyson ahead of the competition.

Accountabilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and Senior Talent Acquisition team to devise recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, offer and negotiate with candidates to hire the best person for Dyson
  • Continually review and evaluate the attraction and recruitment approach for high volume areas
  • Coach and develop hiring managers to improve their recruitment skill set

Skills

  • Previous experience in a recruitment team
  • Experience of delivering hires via direct sourcing activity utilising various channels.
  • Excellent project co-ordination skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • An inquisitive mind; persuasive and tenacious
