Our IT Corporate Functions Team:
Dyson’s IT Corporate Functions team exists to ‘wow’ and ‘delight’ our business stakeholders in partnering with them to define and delivery an IT Technology Roadmap to support the business functions strategy and objectives. Dyson’s IT Corporate Functions team partners globally with the following areas of the Dyson business:
Dyson Business Services (Global business services)
Sustainability governance and compliance
Weybourne (Dyson’s family office)
The IT Corporate Functions Team has global responsibility for the end-to-end business relationships and technical product management across the above functions from ideation, roadmap definition, business case creation and delivery execution through to enhancements, operations and in time product replacement/retirement. We work with our business stakeholders to leverage bleeding edge technologies and strategic partnerships in order to transform the way they work and the outcomes they deliver to the wider business – working smarter, automating, DEVSECOPS, upskilling etc.

Main Job Responsibilities:
Act as internal consultant to business stakeholders
Providing specialist advice as a Subject Matter Expert to stakeholders on complex system & process issues in the Source to Pay Area
Identifying new alternative and innovative approaches for improving business activities and systems while challenging why out of the box solution doesn’t meet the requirements
Supporting the implementation and enhancement of various systems, including Ariba, Vendor Invoice Management, Opentext and S4 Hana
Be the technical resource in the Source to Pay area to makes changes to the system
Establishing and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships with vendors and service suppliers
Awareness and guidance of country/region specific legal and mandatory requirements impacting technology deployment or operations
Foster a collaborative environment between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant departments (e.g., design, quality assurance) to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and progress
Continuously refine and evolve the product based on changing market conditions, technological advancements, and business needs. Seek opportunities to enhance the product's value
Collaborate with other product owners, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment and consistency across different IT projects and initiatives
At least 5 years’ consulting/support experience in similar industry with a dynamic global organization, with repeated practice performing Project and Product Enhancement in SAP or similar systems.
Hands-on experience in Design, Configuration and support Concur, Ariba, Vendor Invoice Management, Opentext, S4 Hana (Materials Management and Accounts Payable) and Fiori
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Capable to see the overall picture and how individual actions fit within it
Proficient in staying informed of technological developments and understand their applicability to Dyson business problems and opportunities
Able to identify technology, functionality and methods that could be of significant benefit to Dyson and drive those through into successful implementation
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
Ability to prioritize improvements based on the business benefit
Experience of business stakeholder management
Experience of operating within a global organization with a proven ability to deliver against Group wide initiative.
Knowledge of middleware technologies for seamless integration
S4 Hana (FICO) Certification
Experience of working in matrix structures, with cross functional teams and operating under both line reporting and project task managers
Experience of working closely with teams across the globe, accommodating various time zones
Experience of working various with global Finance and Shared Services teams and understanding of the challenges around local legislations
