The Learning & Development Manager will partner with the business to assess learning needs and identify appropriate solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis across the business areas as and when needed

  • Solve complex problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solution.

  • Interpret internal or external issues and recommend solutions.

  • Leading the design of a range of learning materials in line with Learning/Talent priorities.

  • Design multi modal learning interventions autonomously and alongside Digital Learning team.

  • Constantly learning from the external world to stay up to date with latest best practices and trends.

  • Build strategies to drive engagement on learning initiatives.

  • Partner internal communications to launch learning initiatives aligned to enterprise communications strategy.

  • Delivering learning interventions e.g. virtual classrooms.

  • Facilitating live leadership & manager development events/webinars. 

  • Create evaluation strategies aligned to learning to support tracking and reporting of ROI/ROE.

  • Continual evaluation of learning taking an outcome and data driven approach.

  • •    To establish a centralized training record system, which serves as a comprehensive repository for all training records, analysis, and evaluation data, ensuring a consolidated resource for the business’s training needs.
    •    To assume a pivotal role as a Training Manager across all In-House Manufacturing sites to spearhead training efforts, with a primary focus on promoting consistency and standardization in training practices and maintenance throughout the region. 

Skills/Experience:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or relevant

  • Working experience in a manufacturing operations set-up

  • Train the Trainer certification would be beneficial but not essential

  • Excellent communications skills to communicate with internal manufacturing & operations stakeholders to identify training needs and mapping out developmental plans for the respective departments and teams.

  • Prior experience in designing, developing, coordinating and conducting training programs across manufacturing sites to enhance employee skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.

  • Experience in coordinating with HR Centre of Excellence for Learning & Development to design and implement system changes to the wider Company’s Learning Management System.

  • Good experience with coaching, mentorship, e-learning and working with cross functional teams.
