We're looking for a UK Benefits Coordinator / Specialist to oversee all aspects of Dyson’s UK benefit programs. To drive engagement, support talent attraction and retention, ensure efficiency and deliver an excellent experience for all employees in our UK organisation.

About the role

As a Lead Benefits Analyst for our Reward team, you will oversee all aspects of Dyson’s UK benefit programs, driving engagement, supporting talent attraction and retention, and ensuring efficiency and an excellent experience for all employees in our UK organisation.

We want you to pro-actively build awareness of our benefit offering across the business, developing communication materials, communicating key messages, and seeking feedback to deliver future enhancements. You will act as our initial contact and business partner for HR, Employee Services, and other internal stakeholders, providing benefits advice and support, being the voice of UK Benefits.

You will support benefit design, renewals with providers, and tendering processes, providing input to current plans and processes, looking at opportunities for change. You will analyse the competitiveness, usage, coverage, effectiveness, cost, and employee experience of existing benefits, and compare them to external data to assess market competitiveness, keeping up to date with market changes (e.g., employment laws and regulations) that might impact our benefit practices.

You will manage second line benefit queries, maintain the technical accuracy of related benefit related documentation, manage relationships with providers, and project manage the annual benefits enrolment. You will be asked to undergo activities including budget analysis, cost projections and the creation of summary reports.

About you

-          Experience working in Reward, ideally with a focus on managing UK employee benefits through an online portal

-          Experience working for a fast-paced, international, matrixed company, providing pragmatic benefits support, working closely with internal clients and external providers

-          Highly detailed and accurate, with excellent Excel skills, a self-starter, with good project management and presentation skills

-          Ideally with experience handling employee benefit renewals and a redesign program
