Managing the way we communicate with our customers, and with other Dyson people, is essential to protecting and developing our reputation. The Web Merchandiser is responsible for the authoring and maintenance of content for the Nordic B2C websites, including spares and accessories, troubleshooting journeys and product support pages.
About the role
As a Web Merchandiser you will be working within the Nordics e-commerce team as well as with our central digital teams. The role involves using a number of Content Management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms to set up website content as well as manage multimedia content in the CMS.
- You will be responsible for the rollout of online content across our Nordic websites
- You will merchandise products and landing pages in Hybris and AEM
- You will manage translations with the help of local partners to ensure all content is represented in the local languages
- You’ll also be responsible for implementing the necessary SEO improvements
- As part of your role you will be testing for errors and troubleshooting, as well as manage the completion of requested market amends
- Sourcing market product data in line with market launches
About you
Hands-on experience in at least one content management system/e-commerce platform out of the following: Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris, AEM, Magento, Sitecore
Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Understanding of HTML, CSS and their uses is beneficial
Experience working with image compression/editing tools such as Photoshop
Excellent grammatical and spelling skills. Beneficial if you are a native speaker of at least one Nordic language
Attention to detail
Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
Good analytical ability
Good communication skills
You will be a self-starter who sees things through to completion
You will speak English + either Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish
