Wechat Assistant Business Development Manager


China - Shanghai Office

Role & Responsibilities

  • WeChat store sales management

  • Complete annually, quarterly and monthly target. LE and allocation update;
  • Internal communication – co-work with sales planning and trade marketing team/ UX team to land commercial campaign on WeChat store
  • Responsible for organic and paid traffic upgrade plan – for example, keep optimize the OA and Post system to generate the organic traffic efficiency.
  • Complete both daily sales operation with agency to fulfill the sale target including accessory and refurb
  • WeChat ecom management
  • Lead or Co-work with marketing team and CRM functions and IT team to land marketing /CRM campaign on WeChat store
  • Co-work with CS team to handle the consumers’ complaints
  • Co-work with OA team/brand team to support the NPD launch
  • Day to day Sales operation
  • Budget controlling and payment arrangement
  • Monthly and seasonal Review

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Understand and have a passion for end-to-end DTC business models and sales.
  • Proven experience in WeChat store management and tencent ecosystem for over 3-5 years,
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong sales sense, negotiation, and retailer management skill
  • Logical thinking, an objective and research-oriented mindset, and a curiosity-driven nature.
