Putting Dyson customers first
We opened our US customer care centre in 2012. Open plan and acoustically engineered, the 14,000ft2 building provides architectural ’ribbons’ in the ceiling to guide employees to ’build bars’ – areas to take machines apart for more accurate advice to customers. With 160 Dyson experts handling 30,000 support queries a day, Aurora serves customers by telephone, email, social media and online chat. And with the number of US Dyson owners set to keep growing, the facility has been designed to expand with it.
