About the Role
The purpose of the Summer Internship Program is to gain practical work experience and contribute to the improvement of Dyson products and services while working with Dyson professionals in various departments. It is an excellent opportunity for students to experience working in a fast-paced, global environment at a leading multinational consumer technology company.

Main Responsibilities:
Conduct product research and analysis to uncover market trends, customer behaviour, and industry insights, supporting the team's strategic objectives.
Assist in planning, executing, and tracking projects and campaigns to achieve team goals and deliver measurable results.
Collaborate with team members to proactively share ideas, streamline workflows, and manage a variety of operational tasks.
Compile research findings and insights into clear and concise reports or presentations to support the decision-making process.
Provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth execution of activities across team functions.
Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and propose creative solutions to challenges or opportunities.
Learn and apply tools and platforms integral to the team's work (e.g., digital marketing systems, e-commerce analytics, sales tracking/CRM platforms, and back-office support tools).

チーム戦略を支える製品リサーチおよび分析業務：市場動向、顧客行動、業界インサイトの調査・報告。
チーム目標達成に向けたプロジェクトやキャンペーンの計画・実行・進捗管理のサポート。
チームメンバーと連携しながらアイデアを共有し、業務フロー改善を図りながら実務タスクを遂行。
調査結果や分析内容をレポートやプレゼンテーションにまとめ、意思決定プロセスに貢献。
チーム内の活動が円滑に進むよう、事務的および運営的なサポートを提供。
研修の一環として、ストアやデパートの販売売り場への訪問・見学を実施。
ブレインストーミングセッションへ積極的に参加し、チームの課題に対して創造的なソリューションを提案。
デジタルマーケティング、Eコマース分析、セールストラッキング/CRMツールなど、チーム業務に関連するツールの学習・活用。
Program Details:
Internship Duration: 5 days a week, 7 hours a day for a minimum of 4 weeks and up to 8 weeks between July and September 2025.
Work Hours: 10:00 – 18:00 (1-hour break) or 09:00 – 17:00 (1-hour break), depending on team requirements.
Compensation: 2,000 JPY per hour.
Additional Benefits: Commuting expense reimbursement and Workers' Accident Compensation insurance coverage will be provided.

時給: 2,000円

About You
A current 2nd- or 3rd-year university student, with expected graduation in 2027 or 2028.
TOEIC score 600+ or equivalent.
Native-level Japanese fluency or minimum JLPT N1 certification; conversational English skills.
Passion for technology, proactive mindset, willing to take on new challenges for personal and professional growth.
