Assistant Demand Planning Manager

Key Responsibility

  • Support Overall Sales Planning process:Assist in developing sales plans aligned with demand forecasts, including sales target allocation, inventory coordination, and promotional planning across channels
  • Data Analysis: sales data analysis to support monthly/quarterly sales forecasting and reporting, including sellin sellout inventory and channel performances
  • Demand forecast Support: Assist in updating and maintaining sales forecast models, identifying variances between actual and projected performance, and providing insights for adjustments
  • Reporting & Tracking: Prepare regular sales performance reports, track key metrics (e.g., sales vs. target, inventory turnover), and discover potential improvements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales channel team to get sales volume rolling forecast in channel and model level. Cooperate with IT/BI team to find automatic solutions by developing sales volume database and forecast format
  • Process Optimization: Support the team in refining sales planning processes, such as improving data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and adopting new tools for efficiency
  • Ad Hoc Support: Assist in ad hoc projects or initiatives related to demand planning, sales strategy, or business analysis as needed

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics and related fields
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in planning, sales operation, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); local language proficiency (if applicable) is a plus
