About Role:

This role will be based in Shenzhen and serve as the primary HR resource supporting the Supply Chain & Operations team and RDD team in Shenzhen. This role delivers end-to-end HR solutions to business, including recruitment, training, people development, employee lifecycle, ER case , engagement initiatives and etc.This role will represent the HR function locally and act as a key bridge with global HR counterparts to ensure smooth collaboration and effective on-the-ground execution. As the sole HR resource in Shenzhen, this role requires a proactive and independent approach to driving HR priorities and supporting business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders in Supply Chain & Operations and RDD to understand business needs and provide HR guidance.
  • Partner with managers on employees’ life cycle management such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent movement and leave process and etc.
  • Support performance management and talent review processes
  • Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws in Mainland China (and Hong Kong when applicable).
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to enable data-driven HR decisions.
  • Participate in the rollout of global and local HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support a positive, inclusive workplace culture in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Lead people engagement activities in Shenzhen Office (and Hong Kong office when applicable)
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Position Requirement  & Key Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in a generalist or HRBP role, preferably supporting Supply Chain, Operations or RDD functions; experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations in Mainland China; exposure to Hong Kong HR practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Cantonese language skills are a plus.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and creative approach; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
