About the role 

This role will have responsibility for Dyson’s influencer activity and branded contents development.

This person will have responsibility for making strategic influencer plan though execution on all category in Dyson from Haircare, Floorcare, Environment Care and Wearable. The person needs to manage wide variety of projects including Influencer relations, awareness campaigns and contents development. Monitor and adopt new influencer trend an ideas to the team.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES (and supporting activities):

  • Build and Manage all influencers and KOLs to get positive reviews.
  • Plan and operate new product launch influencer plan to boost awareness of the campaign
  • Plan and construct influencer activities across influencer management through event and online activity
  • Responsibility for KOL, influencer contents development
  • Deliver accurate and timely evaluation of Influencer activities

About you

  • 8-10 years of experience in Influencer, KOL management, PR (in agency and/or in-house)
  • Project management skill: manage multiple projects, meeting KPI within time and budget
  • Influencer relationship and management expertise for both planning and implementation
  • Strong message development and influencer contents planning
  • Stakeholder engagement:  Able to collaborate with global teams and local teams
  • Outside in view and problem solving approach
  • Proficiency in Korean, fluent in English
