Accountabilities:
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including, research, building pipeline for critical skills/positions, direct sourcing, candidate assessment, interview and offer management.
- Build and share transparent talent metrics, dashboards and reports to enable leaders to make informed decisions to meet business goals and continue to drive cost efficiency.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges which to provide external insights on talent market and to develop a holistic sourcing & hiring strategy.
- Enhance and streamline our recruiting practices and processes to be more efficient and scalable with Dyson Value.
- Closely work with HRBP, function head, and finance BP on the workforce planning to well leverage resource.
- Identify, develop, and implement innovative sourcing strategies for key roles which to meet current and future needs.
Qualification and Requirements:
- 7 Years recruiting experience in an MNC/leading agency, consumer industry experience is a must.
- Strong sourcing capability and operational experience with recruitment tools and process.
- Can cooperate and facilitate with diverse internal stakeholders, adapting your communication style to meet their different needs to drive result.
- Team player, dynamic, self-starter, and can work under pressure.
- Data driven capabilities and mindset
- Good influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
