About the role
This is an exciting international opportunity to lead and shape Dyson’s commercial policy across EMEA. As a key strategist and guardian of the Selective Distribution system, you will oversee the execution of SD requirements and retail terms, ensuring alignment with Dyson’s premium positioning and commercial ambitions.
In this senior role, you will manage and mentor three Commercial Policy Leads, fostering collaboration across multiple functions—including Legal—and market leaders. Acting as the primary custodian of Dyson’s commercial policy, you will drive strategic initiatives, influence high-level decision-making, and ensure consistency across markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and steering Dyson’s commercial policy strategy in the EMEA region.
- Leading the consistent execution of Dyson’s requirements for its authorised distribution network, enhancing customer experience.
- Maintaining and evolving a robust monitoring and enforcement system to protect Dyson’s premium brand positioning.
- Overseeing the implementation of Dyson’s guidelines for managing its selective distribution network across all markets.
- Acting as a key business partner to ensure the consistent application of Dyson’s EMEA terms framework.
- Ensuring compliance with the Direct pricing policy designed
- Delivering advanced training programs on selective distribution, terms guidelines, and related topics.
- Managing and coaching three Commercial Policy Leads, providing leadership and guidance.
- Serving as the primary point of escalation for all Commercial Policy-related matters.
- Ensuring adherence to compliance and Dyson’s core values in all commercial interactions.
- Coordinate any changes to selective distribution criteria, Terms Framework and Direct Pricing Policy
About you
We are looking for a commercially savvy leader with a strategic mindset and the ability to operate at a senior level in a fast-paced, international environment. You should possess:
- Fluency in English, with additional fluency in Turkish, Spanish, or Italian being a plus.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
- Significant experience in distribution management, sales, pricing, commercial policy, or finance—preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex commercial negotiations.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders in an international matrix environment.
- A proactive, persuasive, and analytical approach with a hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
