About the role

We are looking for a Content Executive to be based either in Madrid or Paris. The Content Executive will be responsible for the merchandising of the Dyson.com web shop in Portuguese. You will work closely with the Digital and Marketing teams to deliver projects, campaigns, optimisations, and content fixes to drive the continuous improvement of the onsite experience. Your work will be key in the growth of the web-shop channel as part of the wider Iberic business.  

Working with cross functional teams in France, Spain, Portugal and with UK based Group functions, your performance will be based on delivering against our e-Commerce Experience strategy and targets, including our organic traffic performance, site hygiene, digital NPS (Net Promoter Score), revenue, conversion rate, and overall user experience. 

As our Content Executive, you will:

  • Manage the content and products web shop through our Content Management Systems, delivering a consistently premium customer experience.
  • Work with marketing and group teams to build pages on the website and merchandise them accordingly.
  • Set up and manage promotions in line with the relevant commercial calendar.
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure promotions are well merchandised and drive a positive uplift in sales.
  • Carrying out regular site health checks, covering areas such as 404s and onsite search performance.
  • Working with Group teams to drive SEO performance and organic traffic and conversions.
  • Working with our owner experience team to manage content on website to address key owner tension points.
  • Benchmarking customer journeys with other websites to identify gaps and optimize accordingly.
  • Working closely with Group teams to launch and integrate new functionality, NPD and campaigns which contribute to growing the Dyson.com business and giving our owners a better experience.

About you

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

  • Must be able to speak English and Portuguese as well as either Spanish or French (depending on your base location).
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field with digital and eCommerce expertise.
  • CMS experience (AEM and Hybris), and a creative mindset for website merchandising (Photoshop skills are a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit for a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Focus on enhancing the owner experience with autonomy and flexibility.
  • Collaborative: You’re comfortable working with colleagues and peers across countries, cultures, and different levels of seniority. Use of GIFs is mandatory.
